Licensed two separate times, Gary has over 26 years combined experience, several as a Broker, Broker of Record,  and has purchased and sold over 40 properties including commercial and investment properties. This personal experience combined with several award-winning years in providing exceptional service to his past clients ensures you will have a Real Estate experience “second to none”!

Gary has now partnered up with Tracy Wilde (Hunt) both in personal and business life….with Tracy’s experience and education we can now offer even better service to all our present and future clients. Tracy joined the EXP family with a wealth of experience in consultative sales, marketing, facilitating, coordinating, management, administration, and hospitality. Born and raised in North Western Ontario Tracy has lived throughout Western Canada and Ontario and brings that “Northern Friendliness” and “can do” attitude. Passionate about meeting people, culture and travel she has on her journey met countless people and built wonderful relationships both in business and on a personal level. While working at Laurentian University, Tracy raised two successful young men while achieving a B.A Honors in Law.

Her passion for natural nutrition and health later convinced her to pursue part time studies in Holistic Nutrition working toward a Bachelor of Science in Holistic Nutrition. Having worked in many venues in varying capacities Tracy eventually came to fulfill a lifelong ambition of helping people to find their first-ever home or successfully transition current owners from one home to another. Moving to Southwestern Ontario in 1999 her first foray into Real Estate was working for a builder selling new builds in a number of subdivisions throughout Southern Ontario. Since, she has expanded her real estate focus to resale homes.

Tracy Hunt (Wilde) has now partnered up with Gary Wilde, past broker of record  both in personal and business life. With their combined experience and education both can now offer even better service to all present and future clients.
